Good Cheap Reverb: Any Suggestions?

Hi, I am new to this board, and this is my first post. I play in a
surf band and my guitarist is looking for a good reverb sound without
breaking the bank(i.e. around $250 bucks or so). He is looking for a
real reverb unit or pedal, as oppossed to a digital one. Any one
have any suggestions? Thanks

The Little Lanilei (sp?) is reportedly very good and
can be had new for $200 I think. You can also snag
very sweet sounding vintage Premier reverb tanks on
eBay for around $250.

Elderly Music has Dano Spring King for 140 bucks. This device is
about as cool a reverb as it gets, and it's dirt cheap for a
reliable box with a real spring tank inside. Check out here:
