I have acquired and rehabbed a 76 / 77 non - UL SF Twin Reverb. Love it..but
some questions to you Twin users:
Reverb (Vibrato) channel very bright when reverb is on (almost like turning
the brite switch on)..GREAT for single note stuff, but too brite for rhythm
/ full chords:
I have heard of disabling a so-called 'brite cap' on
fenderforum.com...should I consider this?
Does an outboard tank also overly brighten the sound as well?
Do BFTRs share this characteristic on the Vibrato channel? Wish the Normal
channel had the 'verb maybe.
