I'm going to be in boston this coming weekend and I have two
questions for anyone in the area.
1. Is there anything going on that I may want to check out?
2. What are the laws regarding 18 year olders getting into clubs and
such?

Hey Matt!
Bring lots of warm clothes if you're coming to Boston. It's single digits
here.
As for surf music, I think this might be a dry weekend. If you want to
see who's where and an overall snapshot of the entire music scene while
you're here, go to and click on "Bands by
Night" and you can select the date you want to see and all the venues with
live music will be listed. It's a great one-shot source for checking out
what's up in town. Try the chowder.

Thanks alot. It seems like boston has no shortage of
musical events. One more question. Here in pittsburgh
most shows are 21 and over, is it the same way in
boston?
