Hello Cocktail Congregation,
It's time for Indian summer surfin' in Chicago. The Cocktail Preachers
play the Lyon's Den in Chicago, Friday October 17th, as part of
punkrocknight.com weekly extravaganza. It's pretty close to our first
year anniversary since we first set foot on the Lyon's Den stage at
Twang Off. It's a great sounding room and they have quite
a sound system, so we always dig playin' there. This is a multi-band
show. Smear Campaign, Cocktail Preachers, Grafton, and
Forgotten 4 (in that order).
We'd like to thank the many fans that showed up at Exotica 2003
show, which was an overwhelming success. What a wild party
show that turned out to be. Not only were the bands ON that night,
but the crowd was loud and enthusiastic. There were many new
fans and those that turned out to see this rare all surf show
in Chicago did not go away disappointed. You also got to see the
Cocktail Preachers new guitarist Bruce. If you haven't seen us as
a four piece yet, the Lyon's Den show is a MUST SEE!
Show starts at 9:00 p.m. and we perform second.
