For those operatives currenty monitoring intelligence chatter, it is now
abundantly clear that a red menace is spreading its way across this great nation
of ours & will soon be inflicting its furious boooch upon the unsuspecting
lobster beds and chowder pots of the east coast. On the move with volumes of
recently declassified information recorded on microfilm, these intracontinental
bandits, known as The Infrareds, plan to incite chaos by exposing the unbridled
sound of west coast blitzkrieg boooch, a style and technique heretofore
practiced only by a select number of learned individuals.
In honor of this impending cultural revolution, The Nebulas will again deviate
from standard operating procedure to perform two consecutive shows with our
comrades from the west. The preliminary phase of the east coast Infraromp will
begin Saturday 26 July at approximately 2100 hours in the seaside villa of
Portland, Maine, to be echoed 24 hours later with a subsequent assault on the
intellectual community surrounding Harvard University on Sunday 27 July.
Until now, this rare combination of angst-ridden, Mosrite-wielding,
Fender-felching insanity has only been witnessed by those on the West Coast (and
a few pissed off techno-poetry whores in Fresno, which really isn't near the
coast), so this is a twice in a lifetime opportunity to catch the
Nebulas/Infrareds Power Hour live and impersonal.
