Deadbolt songs are also fairly easy to learn. And, if you have a drum
machine, you just program in either the usual 2 on the 2 surf beat or a
slight variation and you are good to go. And thats it for the rest of the
song, no fills, nothing. I once asked the bass player via email how long
they had been playing their instruments when they started the band. The
guitar player 4 years, bass player 4 months, drummer 4 days. It gives you
that "well if they can pull it off so can I" kind of inspiration....ha-ha.
