In some bizarre freak of nature, it appears as though The Nebulas will be
playing twice in the same week - this week - in New England's smallest two
states. Aside from our California tour last year, The Nebulas have only played
twice in the same week two times in the past (Oct 2001 and April 2002), so this
is indeed the rarest of events.
First, this Thursday - June 12th - its back to the Block Island Music Festival
for the second year in a row - taking the aging ferry boat from Rhode Island
across the 13 mile stretch of surf to the island named after Dutch explorer
Adrian Block, The Nebulas will unleash hot fury and put some spunk in the junk
of the unsuspecting sun-burned, liquored-up, hoochie-filled crowd - at least
that's the plan. Nebulas will play from 9-9:44pm - room reservations required -

Then on Saturday the 14th - The Nebulas make their annual appearance in the
nutmeg state of Connecticut, this time performing at The Living Underground
Festival at the American Legion in Hartford (2 blocks from where I park my car
at work) - also on the bill (right after us) will be the roots reggae/ska
stylings of The Soul Merchants. The Nebulas should go on around 9:30 or 10pm -
