Hi All,
The Vectres are a South OC surf band looking for a surf bass
player for some paying gigs in the very near future (next week). Our
two-set (30 to 45 min. each set) gig pay $50 for the bassman. We are
making nothing on the gigs ourselves but we wouldn't bring someone in
and expect them to do it for free. We are a new band, just starting
out and want to get our name out there. We don't have a CD or other
recorded demos for all to hear but it is pretty much your staple of
tradional tunes enmeshed with some more current titles. We really
need someone soon so please let me know if you're interested. Dario

I'm in Victorville...It might be a little too far away...
How many rehersals do you plan on?
Where are the gigs at?
I am 38, am I too old?
I play total surf bass, and rythym gutar.

We're in Irvine/Lake Forest. You're not too old. Rehearsals will
be at least twice a week until we are tight. Can you come down? Dario
