This isn't new news, but if you have small kids you surely know this
by now:
In addition to hearing surf snippets on "SpongeBob SquarePants", you
can now hear the artist formerly known as Star Crunch from Man Or
Astro-Man? doing the theme song to the show Jimmy Neutron on the
Nickelodeon cable channel. You'll know its him the instant you hear
it: the vocals, the dribbling guitar riff, and the atonal, dissonant
guitar riffs that sound exactly like the Made from Technetium era
MoAM?.
He also gets his name thrown across the screen in big letters at the
beginning of each epsisode. Good for him.
Note that some other group (Bowling for Soup) covered this song for
the Jimmy Neutron *movie*, and they turned it into a pop song. Seek
out the TV show version its much better. I looked for an mp3 or real
audio link on Nick's web site but all they had was the Bowling for
Soup version.
