Holy Surf Concerts Batman!!!!!

Looks like Linda out did herself this summer. Look at the lineup. Some
awesome suprises. WOW! And I only life a few blocks away. I must be
living right..
Sundays Concert Series " 10th Year Anniversary Celebration" is
sponsored by Farmer's & Merchants Bank and the City of Huntington
Beach. Help support our valued sponsors as they so graciously help
make Surfin' Sundays possible. Huntington Beach Amphitheater "Pier
Plaza"… the shows are 11AM to 5PM. The pier is located at 315 Pacific
Coast Highway in Huntington Beach (PCH and Main St). Shows will
include vendors & artists.
All other shows are at the International Surfing Museum located at 411
Olive in Huntington Beach, two blocks up Main St from PCH and between
Main and 5th St on Olive. Shows are from 1 to 3PM.
All shows are "All Ages" and free to the public. Contact the museum at
714-960-3483 for more info.

The Relics with Dan Looney, Mulu Iakopo, Dan Jette & Joe Winder from
Fullerton together for 7 years play surf, rock & blues...
Surfin' Sundays April 9th at the museum...
The Neptunes with Tom Walzem come roaring into town from Fresno
strumming their double-necked guitars...
Surfin' Sundays May 7th at Pier Plaza...
Deep Sea with Jon Hendersen, Jacob Marsh & Chris Stout from Rancho
Cucamonga, came to us thru photographer Rich Kirkpatrick...
Surf Kings with Tom Stanton, Jeff Tatman & Rico Veale returns from
Oceanside...Tom & the boys headlined at the Coach House to a sold out
crowd in 2004...Surf Kings were seen & heard recently on educational
TV station KVMD local 23 advertising Surfin Sundays...
Flowmasters with Marty Tippens from Glendale, Doug Forbes, Matt
Teachout & Gerry Smulevich are all college professors by day...
Surfaris with Paul Johnson, Jay Truax, Ron Eglit, Rob Watson & Dave
Raven haven't played for us in a couple of years, returns to our
stage...
Surfin' Sundays June 4th at the pier...
Marauders with Rick Payne opened for Dick Dale this past New Years Eve
at the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano...
Detonators return with Billy Scanlan, Rob Woolsey, Ted Thompson and
Jeff Voorhees from Hermosa Beach...
Insect Surfers with Dave Arnson, Dan Sullivan, Dan Valentie & Adrien
Anthony return for another great year...
Insect Surfers music was recently heard on educational TV station KVMD
local channel 23 advertising Surfin Sundays..
The Eliminators with Joe Kurkowski, Frank Hughes, Preston Wilson, Bill
Swanson & Doug Harlow return to our stage for another dynamite
performance...If you enjoy the sweet sound of the saxophone be sure
not to miss this one...

The Pacific Headhunters with twins Travis & Marcus Barton strutting a
mean saxophone came highly recommended by CHUM as well as most of our
bands...
Surfin' Sundays July 23 at the museum...Glasgow Tiki Shakers with
Bill McGlynn will be opening for Madeira at their request...
Madeira from Michigan with Ivan Pongracic of the original Space
Cossacks comes to us courtesy of Ferenc Dobroyni from Pollo Del Mar...

The Fabulous Nomads with John Daffron from Newport Beach return for
the 10th year at the last pier concert...

with new guitarist Rory Fortune from the Infrareds...
Slacktone with Dusty Watson, Dave Wronski & Sam Bolle return to our
stage for the 10th year in a row...
Outer Wave with Jerry Rogers, Mac, Allen Bridgewater and Tony Ruiz
returns for their second year with more power and grace...
