Twang Shebang #30 - a "Special Edition' -- which focuses on THE
SEARCHERS, is up and running -- and it's a GEM!!
You'll hear a lot of original 60's music from this "British Invasion"
band -- the music still sounds as fresh as ever
And my interview with SEARCHERS' member FRANK ALLEN (with JOHN
McNALLY of the band running in and out of the room offering hilarious
non-sequiturs -- the interview is divided in 3 parts and spread over
the 2 1-hour segments
Besides the interview and SEARCHERS' music, I have added some surf
instros from a variety of artists that surely were influenced by the
SEARCHERS and the 'Liverpool / Mersey Beat" -- you can't miss it --
and it all flows together quite nicely (but who am I to judge?)
