there's freeware out there that does the same thing. I downloaded "the
amazing slowdowner" and "slow down moses".
obviously not as fancy as the player, and you're missing some features, but
they work pretty well for tabbing. the official versions with all the
features are not too expensive either.
but the sound quality of the tascam is probably a hell of a lot better.
