Ok, I figured it out. The part you said is E and Am is acutally Am F E
Am as follows:
After the WDR style A G F E into, it's Am over the notes A A B B C C D
D Eb Eb E and Am chord and the following higher notes B A B Am Chord .
The there's an F chord over the lower notes E G F C D. Then an E
chord over E E E E (which I hit the lower E chord notes on in the lead)
E E E C B. Then another Am chord. Then there are are few more notes
before it repeats, G# slide to A, E, D hammer E pull off back to D C.
