I've been searching for a ventures song I heard a very long time ago
and I believe I have found it. The only problem is that the Ventures
give some songs more than one name, but I think It's one of these.
It's on that Ventures Medley but only a very short excerpt. If anyone
can tell me what albums these songs are on I would be very grateful.
A tab or sheet music site with it would also be helpful. Dan.
without taking the time to look at a bunch of old LP's, I can tell you
that The Stranger is on "Going to The Ventures Dance Party" rereleased
a couple years later as "Dance!"
not the best album of the era, but there are some nice things on it.
I'm off to the Ventures cruise tomorrow - if you repost when I get
back, I'll check over some of my LP's

(written by Billy Strange!) not "The Stranger".

Wow, just went over to the "Beloved Invaders" site and listened to the
MP3's there. They are really great!
I really like the authentic surf sound on those.
