Re: surf-friendly cities- SPF-4

SPF-4 (dkspf4) - 08 Nov 2005 08:06:49

Hi,
Yea, good info...also Worcester, MA and other "landlocked" towns in
MA will appreciate some surf-instro. I have a band called SPF-4 ( ) and we have been doing inland gigs in New
England and have been well received... also NYC and
Boston/Sommerville is a great place to gig, especially with the gang
from NESMA ( ) and Unsteady Freddy of Twang
Shebang.
Sometimes it's a little bit of a challenge to convince club owners to
book non-vocal instro bands, but if they give it a chance, the vibe
is usually well received.
Good Luck!
