frequencies. 88.1 is noise and 97.7 is bleed over from KFOG. What
gives?

are on the air on a limited schedule. Their coverage is area is limited
to El cerrito and parts of Berkely and Oakland by virtue of their
transmitter's very low location (20 meters below average terrain). You

where El Cerrito was, so he called it Oakland. Do a lot of high schools
have radio stations still? If so, I wonder if there's some kind of
network between them that would carry his show?

have carrier current stations or a super-low power (100 milliwatts)
station. They are almost all "dorm radio" or student activities, just
as the vast majority of college stations are, and like college most
radio stations, their target audience is their own student body (inward
looking, not regional or outward looking).
