Here are my picts from the DirtStock or DirtFest

midwest_surf_guy - 26 Oct 2005 23:19:04

Here are the only pictures I could salvage from my camera. There was someone
standing up
front and center at the stage almost all night with a video camera. It ruined
most of my
pictures, but these were some I could fix. Also the Mermen fans stood up in
front of the rest
of the audience blocking most of the view of them while they were playing. It
was an event I
will remember it for the rest of my life. I flew 2,500 miles to go to this
event and to meet the
voice behind the radio show that I loved dearly. It was worth every mile! I
also taped the
show on mini disc, but it was too loud for my microphone. Is there anyone else
that recorded
the show and got a good take? If so can I have a copy?
Thanks
Guy

Guy,
Thanks for posting the pics.
That picture of me between the drums will eerily go real well with a picture
I have from 1989, when I played my last show with the Shockwaves. We had
different guitarists then, it wasn't Joe and Jon.
