yes your totally right, this is the type of album i
was thinking, and was wondering of somehting like this
existed in early surf. it seems that most surf records
at this tme were still geared towards a 'compilation
of singles'.
one interesting thing is that when most refered to
earlier bands on this topic, they were just on
compilations, no solid albums.
i thnk someone mentioned 'original surfaris-bombora'
this would be pretty close, but im if this was an
original early 60's album. or just a sundazed
collection ?

You are correct Neal
The Original Surfaris never released a album.
I beleive they had 4 or 5 singles, and a bunch of tunes on
Compilation albums.
If you get the Sundazed cd, the Surfari bootleg vinyl and
the Lost Legends of surf guitar vol. IV-I think.
then you have all the stuff they recorded.

Thanks for the compliment, Brian.
It's flattering to be included with these great contemporary bands.
Rick
the Volcanos

I know what he means Rick. I got started with the Zombie Surfers,Three
D Invisable combo. Good chance I wouldn't be worshipping the reverb
without that influence Miller
Oh yea see you on the 29th.
