Silver Sounds of The Surf (was: Bali Ha'i and Pintor)

fiberglassrocket - 05 Oct 2005 11:28:26

Klas,
The "Silver Sounds of The Surf" LP on Cloister is fairly rare. I haven't
seen too many copies of it over the years. I'd think a clean copy would
probably get $100-200+ at auction, depending.
Books are exactly like records in the sense that an author/artist creates
something, then tries to find someone in a good position to mass produce
it, distribute it, and promote it. Otherwise, you do it yourself, but on a
much smaller scale.

John, do you have any idea how rare the "Silver Sounds of The Surf"
album is and what one would have to pay for a nice copy?
As for new editions of your books, is it only up to you to put it
together or do you also have to convince the publisher to print new
editions?
Thanks,
Klas

Besides the
