Hey-
Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello... The name's Jonny, I'm in
central PA, and I've finally managed to get a working surf band together so
I figured its time to start posting to the group. We still need a steady
bass player and a band name, but we have a full sets worth of tunes ready
and everything is in motion so I'm pretty fired up.
Any other East Coasters here? My music connections mostly promote punk and
rockabilly, and I'm hoping to find a few somewhat local surf bands to
network with... let the myspace search begin...

elcome aboard Jonny. We (Atomic Mosquitos) are based in the DC/Baltimore/NoVa
area. There are a bunch of right coast bands at NESMA (North East Surf Music
Alliance) They have a Yahoo Group too. Good luck with it! Go

NESMA seems like a perfect place to start. I know I've come across the
website before but never really looked through it.
