sidewalksurf - 08 Sep 2005 23:07:18: I recently changed the pickguard on my JM and shortly thereafter
started getting some buzzing/crackling on the toggle when I switch
pickups. I re-checked all of the connections and everything seems
okay. Any suggestions??

and if that does not help clean the contacts with the finest available grid
of sandpaper.
