Guyatone vs Fender RI

As i´m planning to get a reverb tank, I have to think which is most
suitable to me. So my questions: are there any heavy differences in the
circuit or in the sound? are the Guayatones also delivered in a 220
volt version? does the Guyatone EQ bring any advantages?
