Re: [SurfGuitar101] Dealing with the "other half"

John McCorvey (eddiekatcher) - 26 Aug 2005 19:40:51

I have a similar story.....Right after our wedding in
1968 we made a mad dash for our hidden car which was
parked several blocks from the church....As I opened
the trunk to toss in our clothes, my brand new bride
noticed my Les Paul case in the trunk...."What do you
plan to do with that?" She asked.......PLAY IT! was my
reply, was then and .......still is 37 years
later....and oh, here's an idea for you guys, Over
the years I learned that if I bought all my guitars
the same color (white), she could never really tell
when I brought home a new one.........true story, and
it works! eddie k
