Dick's Beach Party Movies (was Re: A Swingin' Affair)

fiberglassrocket - 19 Aug 2005 12:03:51

"Beach Party" and "Muscle Beach Party." Been awhile since I've seen these,
but I don't think he had a speaking role in either, as such. He was shown
singing on the beach, dueting with Annette or Donna Loren, hanging out in
crowd scenes, etc.

John! I'm so glad you made it to the list! Welcome! I was just
listening to The Nightrider the other day...killer!
Anyway, what are the other 2 60's movies Dick was in and can you
summarize what his roles were? I think they were beach movies as I
recall...
Thanks,

He did speak a bit. When he played the bongos with a giant hoop
earring, he made a big production out of introducing the club owner,
the Big Kahuna(?). He was also heard marvelling at Candy Johnson's
gyrations on the beach. There were more, but those are the ones I can
remember.
