I like the Beach Boys Instros too. As a matter of
fact several years back, our band The X-rays got to
open for Mike Love and his version of the Beach Boys
at the Intellos Pavillion in Va. We were kidding
them before the show that were going to play "Stoked!"
We didn't really end up playing it, but we had a
great time with those guys. They actually treated us
great....probably should have retired from playing
after that show as it was a real high point for the
band.......eddie katcher (The SURGE!) PS The first
thing Bruce Johnson did as he walked in from off the
plane was to call one of his buddies in LA to inquire
about the surfing conditions!!!!!

That's a cool story Eddie!! I agree with you. I too like the Beach
Boy instros. I think Carl was pretty good with that Jaguar.
