It might have taken 33 takes, but is was well worth
it! RCA captured the most perfect single 12/tone
ring showman amp tone ever committed to tape on that
album and most likely without overdubs......Rich H and
I were just tonight down in the Boatwerx (studio)
playing Baja and Miserlou and after 40 years still
amazed at the way those cuts sound. I for one have
never tired of playing those songs....
