Does anyone know if the PLUGZ did any more
instrumentals like the one off the 'Repoman'
soundtrack called "Reel Ten"
I love that song, very surf.
Over the years ive found some stuff around them, but
its always been a couple tracks here and there, and
with vocals, but the tracks have always been good.
any reccomendations ?

If you have their album (white cover, not sure of the title), and the REPO
MAN soundtrack, then you just might have all of their recordings. The only
instro I recall was "Reel Ten". I liked it so much that my band The
Shockwaves used to do it all the time! We called it "Reel 11" and jammed on
it a bit longer.
In case you didn't know, and want to collect EVERYTHING by the Plugz...the
song "Electrify Me" was used in a porno/adult movie that included Traci
Lords when she was still a young 'un. I think it was called 'New Wave
Hookers'. Long out of print, check Ebay if you need to own it...

The Plugz had an excellent second album called "Better Luck" but neither the
first or second had any instros.

beginning of the 80s instead of the end of th 90s.
worst times ever. i like the 'reel 11' concept.

I only got the song "better luck" but its great,
amazon wants 35 for the cd , damn ! could be worth it
though.

I found a casette of "Better Luck" in a $1.99 bin at a record store and
immediately bought it on the strength of their Repo Man tracks.
Unfortunatly the tape stretech and snapped years ago.
