I was up in Shasta CA and the owner of the Sherlock Music Shop is hand
building Fender Reverb tanks with some of his his own mods. The one I
tried sounded great, he sells them for about $600.00.

While we're on the subject, Ron Veil 'Uncle Spot', over in Modesto
makes a killer custom reverb tank. He's got a lonng waiting list,
though. He's asking $575.
