Oops, there is at least one other great '05 release: "Introducing the
High Voltage Sounds of the Reluctant Aquanauts", a CD that I will post
a review of hopefully today or tomorrow. For some reason, i thought
that came out last year, but I just checked the date, and sure
enough, '05.
But is that it? There's gotta be more...

It's not their best, but the Surf Coasters' "Samurai Struck" is a really solid
album.
The Sellcancers' "Exotic Charm" is amazing, though--that one's got my vote so
far for best of the year.
