Are there any guitar teachers who teach in the surf genre here in
NYC?
If you can't learn surf songs by ear I'd suggest taking non-genre rudimentary
based lessons. Not trying to be condescending, just realistic. You have access
to some of the best teachers in the world in your town. Let the teacher provide
the musical skills, you provide the surf feel.
