Hello,
Have any of you lot tried out the Danelectro Spring King?
I'd be interested to hear what you think of it - how it compares to the
Fender tanks etc

I have one. In my opinion, there is NOTHING like the Fender Tube Reverb.
Nothing even comes close. The Spring King will give a bit more versatility
than on on-board reverb. Plus, the fact that it has actual springs in it so
you can kick it around the stage and get that cool SPLOOONG reverb kick. But
the tubes win out.
Bottom line:
If you want THAT surf reverb, save for the Fender.

Anyone have any thoughts on this pedal? I've heard really mixed
reviews.
