I don't post often, but I monitor the site off-and-on. It's kept me
stoked to keep learning surf tunes. Thanks to everyone, I finally have
my "dream rig" together: a Fender '50s MIM Strat (surf green), a Hot
Rod Deluxe, re-tubed with NOS & Ei tubes and with a Weber California
12, and a Fender '63 reissue Reverb. It all works and sounds great
together! A lot like The Lively Ones, my favorite old-school surf band.
I hope to get a band together myself in the next year. I want to thank
all of you for advice and encouragement.

Well said.I myself have just bought my "dream rig".I purchased a Hot Rod
Deville 212 and am currently waiting for delivery.Reverb tank is next but I
am a married man so you good ol boys know how that works.Now to say Happy
