drum machine recommendations?

Bronco (ahospodor) - 02 Jun 2005 09:47:29

The Shuttleducks, a teen surf band, is looking for a drum machine.
Anyone know of a drum machine that works well surf?
How about a source of loops for standard surf songs (pipeline, walk don't
run, apache, wipeout)?
On Gavins rec, I checked out the Fender G-Dec, but it seemed a bit limited.
I sure wish we had these when I was a kid - must have worn out a dozen
stereo cassette recorders.

That was a great link, I was surprised to see that when you play those midis
in winamp the lyric box pops up and shows you which chords they are playing.
That could be very useful.
