I can assure you that the Nebula who booked that show will suffer the wrath
of a full-on Bomboras beat down - maybe even with pillowcases full of
oranges for extra bruising! If anything, by not following through with the
show, our reputation was hopefully preserved in the legitimate surf
community - not that assholes like us really care about such things.
Mistakes were made (booking the show), but fortunately no one was hurt. And
parking was free, motherf*cker. My only loss was the $25 bar bill for
getting drunk a few blocks away, which I could have accomplished at home for
half the price, but live and learn.
