Hey all -
Longboard Ranch is scheduled to play this Sunday, April 24 at the
Erwin Street Mall in the Van Nuys Civic Center at about 1:45 PM, as
part of the "Sober Day L.A." walkathon, parade, and festival. Due to
the generic nature of the event, we'll mainly be playing classic
covers, with a couple of originals. BYOB (lol)!

Hey Brian:
We're NOT The Ventures or Dick Dale - so anyone who wants to perform
covers of any of our songs is most welcome to do so. We'd be stoked
that another band liked our music enough to perform it!
For that matter, if Dick Dale was opening for us, it would be
totally OK with me if he wanted to cover a few Longboard Ranch
tunes!!

And after y'all catch the Longboard Ranch this Sunday in Van Nuys,
it's a quick hop down the 405 for the 4:30 set of The Fabulous
Planktones at Loyola Marymount University! We'll be sure not to do
the generic tunes since LBR will have covered 'em.
