I think Dick Dale's vocal songs from the 60's are great and much
better than anything he have done in modern times. In fact, I would
say his vocal songs from the 60's are even better than many of his
instros from the same period! I'm not too much into "Mr. Peppermint
Man" but I really dig songs like "Hot Rod Alley", "Blond In The 406"
and of course the great "Surfin' And A-Swingin"!
