The surf version comp. update

Just in case I missed any contributors to the Cordelia Records "surf
version" compilation - there's now an ftp address to upload tracks to. Email
me for details if I haven't contacted you individually.
The deadline for this CD is now the end of June, and the details are here: (on the "surf version" page).
There's still room for more.
