To all budding surf guitarists:
I just discovered that the Atlantics have made available their "flight
of the surf guitar" CD with only the backing tracks - no lead guitar.
The perfect tool to practice your playing. I wonder if other surf bands
have done this as well. Here's the link:

Isn't that a bit of an oxie moron Marty.
Doesn't Karaoki mean to sign with backup recordings.

p.s. but I guess it is a doable, since Matt of the Reventlos does
it with his Wave machine project. Revetlos recorded backing tracks.

I don't know if the actual meaning of karaoki means vocals but of course in the
Ventures karaoki case, the recordings had not lead guitar.
