Hey everyone,
I just wanted to let y'all know about The Diamondheads, Baltimore's surf
sensation. I just recently got my hand son this album and I was really
impressed both with the playing and the quality of the engineering. All
around its a great sounding album with PLENTY of tracks for your buck.
IMHO, they do the best version of "Diamond Head" by The Ventures I've
ever heard. (Better than The Ventures themselves, but thats just my
personal..) My other fave would be Wavos Rancheros for its furious demeanor.
When The Nebulas do the East Coast thing next summer, there WILL be a
double bill with The Diamondheads.
