Does anybody know where I can get one of the Dano Longhorn bass
reissues (preferably the one with the rosewood bridge, and not the
pro)? The Canadian distributer has essentially stopped carrying Dano
in Canada.

My quick Internet search and peek at "all the usual suspects" (E-Bay,
Musician's Friend, Elderly, E.M. Shorts, Music 123, etc.) didn't come
up with any hits . . . one site said the Longhorn
was "discontinued"(?) [Ha-Ha! That's what happens when my employer
puts me up on a long-term project at a hotel with free DSL access! -
"yeah, I was up workin' late . . "]
I did find this site for a Longhorn RI with rosewood fingerboard:
They want US$315, which might not be a huge bargain, since the list
is about US$399. Good luck in your search!
