Mosrite

maui6120w - 24 Feb 2005 09:30:30

I agree with some of the posts about the Mosrite neck and frets.
Sometimes hard to play and hard to get them to accept fat strings.
I have an Exellent made in Japan model. Unlike some of the posts
about these guitars not being made well, nothing could be farther from
the truth. This guitar is very well crafted and well worth the $.
If anyone is looking for The Mosrite style and tone without the
skinny veck and flat frets, check out the new 1997 TOKAI Hummingbird
Rei. These are very nice guitars.

Yeah, the Excellent is very well made. I think only one individual said Mosrites
were poorly made. Personally, I just think they were poorly designed.
