I hope Rick or Pete or any of the Halibuts will see this and chime in, but
what I heard from Pete was that he's going to be releasing the live album,
"Halibuts-Live At Toe's Tavern" on cd soon. I'm not too sure about a new
album being recorded.

I'm here!
Pete was either going to finally re-release "Live At Toes" or a
compilation of all the Halibut originals from previuos albums/cds. I'm
not sure what he decided. I'm meeting up with him for dinner tomorrow
night when they come into San Diego.
And yes, the Halibuts are playing the Huntington Pier in August.
Hopefully a few more dates too.
