I'd say stay away from the Mustang. Originally, the
Mustang was Fender's low-end student model electric
guitar. Although Kurt Kobain really liked his Mustang, I
have to tell you that every Mustang I've ever played at a
pawnshop or music store has been quite disappointing. For
the money, there are way better choices out there.
