Well, I don't know about the porn, but I do know the (now former)
ownership of Thee Parkside in SF bought the Mummies Mobile. They
towed it next to the club from the East Bay. My buddy who worked
there didn't mention anything about porn, but he said they did find a
full Spice Girls performing stage, complete with Barbie-sized Spice
Girls (all of which were naked) and a handful of guitar strings, and
numerous empty beer bottles, not to mention a few rolls of not-yet-
used gauze.
Then again, if I had to cover up my porn purchases by buying a
vehicle, I woudln't admit to it either.
Damn shame you guys aren't making the CA trek, Jim, we would have
been playing with the car in earshot.
