I actually practiced today!
I really dig The Treblemakers vs The Doomsday Device. Zak, I don't know if
you still read this list, but great job!
I was learning Lawnmower Drag '99 and I had one of those Eureka moments were
I somehow dialed in the same tone as the lead guitar. Am I close? I am
guessing you were playing a Jag from the photo: Lead circuit, neck pickup
only, strangle switch ON, through a nice clean tube amp. Flatwounds too.
I realize amp & eq settings can factor in here, but I was smiling when I hit
that combination.
Has anyone else had the experience where you accidently stumble across a
tone or lick you've heard a million times before? It doesn't happen often
enough for me :)
