I don't (didn't*) have a problem playing guitar with my wedding
ring. Bass on the other hand, I kept on hitting the frets and
strings which was adding noise to my playing. Also it was getting
severely scratched.
*Subsequently, I would take the wedding ring off when playing bass.
Unfortunately, I lost my wedding ring at a gig. Fortunately, my wife
was with me at the gig. Unfortunately, we are debating whose fault
it was that the ring was lost. I'm positive I gave it to her, but
she says I didn't.
