I too, am a Deke fan. I've seen him twice this year, and he was
really great both times. He played some Surf tunes both times I saw
him. He does a killer version of Diamond Head, where he does this
harmonic lead part behind the bridge.... Have you seen him with his
Hallmark Doubleneck with the bass VI neck? It's REALLY cool!
Jimmy Sutton was with Deke the second time, and he's great too.
He played guitar and sang a couple of songs, in addition to his bass
duties.
So, Bill, what are you doing with Jimmy?
