Re: Seattle Surf and Jacob

jacobdobner - 21 Dec 2004 13:37:07

You are from the Reluctant Aquanauts? If so, your drummer is terrific.
And you are the guy from Gretsch Pages? Our band if four pieces. Two
guitars not two basses or two drums. Are name is officially The 'Verb
as of last night. The other guitarist is getting me a CD tonight so I
can upload some songs. I will try to find a site I can upload some
music for people to hear. The demos are nothing special in the way of
sound but you can get an idea. We are planning a website. I want to
make it informative about surf and our gear for the non-surf people I
send the address to. I am really excited about getting shows in the
next month or two. We are ready to go by February. We decided that we
are going to wear black suits with black ties. Reservoir Dogs type
thing. I haven't seen it done in surf music yet. Maybe except the
Troubadors. But there are a lot of clever bands who have some great
things to wear on stage. The Aquanauts look real cool on stage as do
the Nebulas.
