Those are fairly heavy for the Jazzmaster, you may be able to get
away with 12s or 13s on the Jag. But, I don't think that is your
problem. I'm too lazy to read back through the posts but it sounds
like the two height adjustment screws on your bridge keep comming
loose. I took the bridge off and took those two screws out and then
covered them with elmers glue and screwed them back into the
bridge. Hasn't slipped yet.
