Man, that would HAVE to be a killer show. You lucky Canadian stiff -
who knows if the 7 will ever hit anywhere near me - all we get is
hurricanes.
I was thinking possibly a Standel. As far as the re-issues go, for
that price, they'd better be made of gold. I haven't heard anything
negative (or much at all really) about them, but if'n they're good
enough for Deke, they're good enough for me (too good, probably).
I've seen some of the older Shadowy pics on the Brainiac site, but
the newer Atomic 7 stuff doesn't seem to have that surfy drippy
boingy ouboard reverb tone. A tape echo maybe? In any event I'd love
to know - then I can try and get as close as I can to copping it ;)
